show images on the mainbody (Front Page Blog Layout)

Hello,

Somebody know how to show images for the frontpage articles on the mainbody with Front Page Blog Layout?

I can't configure it from the Template Manager, the only way is to change the menu type FrontPage Blog Layout to Section Blog Layout
