installation problems

Hello

i am trying to upload the finance.com template to a server where I already have other Joomla installs including an install of the icki sports template done using the quickstart package, howeer as soon as I upload the finance template quickstart files, I start getting an Internal Server Error 500 (this happened twice already) and also if I try to install it locally on WAMP, I get the following errors, not sure if there is any conenction?
