Footer padding & design change after upgrade to Joomla 2.5

This is relatively minor, but I noticed that after I upgraded to Joomla 2.5, the padding for the modules in my footer disappeared, and the dividing lines between the modules went away as well. Any ideas?

Can you reupload following file and turn of gzip compression in template settings.

"/templates/gk_finance_business/css/template.css"
