I have got one question. Can I delete comments from CSS files? I don't know if it is true, but I think it can speed up initializing the webpages.

Not sure "legally" whether Gavick allow it or not, but in terms of page loading times, I really don't think a few lines here or there are going to make any measurable difference to page loading times.
