The only thing similar to TWN template is the font used in the title. This template use, for example, the Mega menu not used in TWN template. In addition I don't see any problem if a Gavick customer use TWN template for a web site. So I don't understand your post.

I know it doesn't look much like it, but at the beginning this was an exact copy. It's not a joomla so I couldn't use the template even if I was a member of Gavick already.

This is actually an interesting subject - under what circumstances is a template 'stolen'?

If a template is legally downloaded/bought/subscription. then modified and used, surely that is what a template is for?

The only circumstances I can think of where it could be 'stolen' is if the original author and copyright info in the files is removed or changed, or the template is resold as someone else's work.

that's their version of the news template, not the new one but the old one.
