Gavicks support is frustrating

I'm new here at gavick.com - today I would say regrettably. Don't understand me in the wrong way.
Your template are really good/nice and I like your tools too but the support here is in my view very very bad.
If your are not a Pro in Joomla or even a coder you will have a hard life here at gavick.

I have memberships at [EDIT] and [EDIT]. There you find really good tuts to every template and I believe to some tools too. But here, you must search every single question in the forum or open a ticket (very slow response time).

If you have tuts and I did not find them, I'm sorry for my hard words. But as your customer I would be very very happy about some tuts and maybe I'm not the only one.

I do not understand Your point. This is Your first post on the forum, so You acctually did not asked any question. What tools You have in mind ? Please check the Support page. There You find Live Chat, Ticket system, FAQ. What else You have in mind ?

But I'm not looking for detail support. This might be good on this forum (I dont know).

What I’m looking for are general tutorials/help files like the “HelpFileNewsShowProGK4.pdf” I found yesterday over google on your site.
Are there any more? Cause your tools are great – but if I don’t know how they works I can not use them on my site.
The same applies to the template. Do you have any tutorials there?

Every extention and almost every template got a documentation in it's download page. Unfortunately some documentations for templates is delayed because of the additional work 1.6 has bring to us.

Anyway, now I'm happy and I'm looking forward to the "Coffe" template tutorial.

@vsds Of course we do not know everything, also questions dealing with customizations and not related with our products are not supported so we are skipping them to save the time in other questions. What exacly is interesting You ? Please give me the link to the post or start a new question.
