OK, Looking for a CSS Wiz that can help me! I have a logo that I want to overlap into the nav bar... (their is transparent area within the logo so it appears like blank space but is actually the logo)

What would I need to add to the css in order to have the logo overlap the nav?

position: absolute or position: relative could work depending on how/where you put the logo & menu container. z-index: maybe useful too since you have an overlapping containers.
