I bought the "All Themes" package last week. I then decided I needed help and opened a ticket to ask a pre-sales question before buying the "VIP Support". My ticket remains open and unassigned. It times out saying that there is no activity and if I don't respond it will be closed. So I respond. But still no response from Gavick.

Am I the only one not able to make contact now?
