Is there a template or anything that supports user-generated content?

I would like to set up a user-friendly, configurable form page on the front end where registered users can add and submit info and images to something that looks like and article or product page with an image gallery or slide show, with details and a description about the item in the image(s). Does anything support this?

Hi,
I saw for Joomla 2.5 few years ago, but probably should be similar or even this same for current Joomla 3.4, check on JED.
Or
you can customize default Submit Form view from Joomla to make it more user-friendly. But it request some time.
