Has anyone encountered this before?

We have an issue with our Hikashop plugin.

When attempting to add an item to the cart, the cart window appears then disappears instantly.
Also, when attempting to enter the checkout (via checkout icon), no action happens.

Any help would be appreciated.

It looks like some javascript issues.
Could you please post an url to your site?
