When I use quickstart versions I see some example pages with images visble in frontend articles and/ or k2 items. Only the 'placeholders' of course.

But I wonder how you program that?
I am ( old guy and somewhat 'old fashioned ;-( ) used unvisible tables to place an image on the right place between text.
But that destroys any responsive features.

And when I open the sample pages I see not more than blind text lore ipsum etc...

So what is the trick? :?:

Hi M.,
About first question:
It's because we have two versions of Quickstart, one for "sale" and second for demo only. Why? Read here: https://www.gavick.com/documentation/jo ... quickstart

Second:
Some elements in templates are inside Custom HTML module, I guess we talk about them,
they have few addcional code. If you open via TinyMCE it could be deleted after Save. Those extra code is based on HTML5 tags also. So I suggest to use always disable editor if you are going to edit those modules.
I know it's madness, I don't like it also. But in GK solutions I have no choice.

Others developers uses Shortcodes or even Page builders, where you can set all effects using only mouse or keyboard.
I can send you few links later.

According question from PM about background images:
One question even I assume it's possible: subpages can have their own specific background?

Sure. Be all subpages have to be created first, I mean menu items.

Right now you have two modules for BG effect:
1) Background Image Random - which is published on all items
2) Background Individual Selection - which can be used on selected pages, instead of first one.
