With all due respect, I understand you might have that written into your TOS but do you really think us members believe you guys don't monitor your own forum?
It doesn't bother or upset me when you guys are delayed or late with your products, I don't put my projects on hold just to wait for a new template to be released. I'm very happy with your products and always support you guys.
However, there is nothing more annoying and irritating than to deal with a vendor that has very poor communication with their paying clients. I understand you guys are busy and probably over worked but it only takes 1-5 minutes to keep us all updated.
Plus, having a better line of communication would keep 90% of your clients happier, not to mention all the other business pluses you get from a good line of communication with your clients.
Just let us know what's going on, that's all we ask.
