Can't insert GK Typography in IE browser

I test via browsers except IE browser,GK Typography work well.
I don't know why GK Typography is not compatible with IE browser.

It can't insert GK Typography onclick directly in articles when using IE browser.

any code can fix this issue??

I can't find the answer in the forum...as yet.

GK Typography is compatible with IE7+ and naturally with exception of with IE6.
Some of style effects might be not supported on IE, because it doesn't support some CSS3 classes. This is not a problem from us but from IE.

My question is that I use IE at GK template backend editor,it can't insert GKtypography onclick directly.

Hi

Editors do not show the typography icons but all is fine on frontend. You can copy the css classes of typography to editor's css files with changed path to the images.

I don't believe that's the problem he's having. I think I'm having the same problem as the OP

What he's saying is when he clicks on one of the buttons, lets say "info 1"

it won't automatically insert the code for him.

Mine does it - sometimes - other times it wont insert code.

It's as if there's a script getting tied up somewhere

I've just checked but it works for me with every option. I believe the problem may be happening if site is not fully loaded. Since it's working for me I'm not able to track a possible conflict with plugin. Can You instruct me what to do to see it broken ?

Hmmm I am not sure - I am using Firefox, latest version, Joomla 3 fully updated

When I click on the shortcuts in the popup (so, Info3, for example)

sometimes it will insert the code, but many times it will do nothing unless I close the window, refresh the screen a few times, and try again...but even then it will not work every time.

I am sure it is something on my end if you are not having problems, but I have no idea what it could be.

My guess is that it can be becuase of an additionla plugin to browser. Try disable some and see maybe. Sorry I cannot help much,
