Ghost Themes?

I never noticed the navigation link that says "Ghost" before today. I clicked it and saw that you are giving away a free "ghost theme" each month. I'm sorry to be ignorant on the subject, but what is a ghost theme? Is this for a CMS other than joomla or wordpress?

Thanks dziudek. I had never heard of that before. Not sure if I will use it, but i went ahead and registered just to secure my preferred user name, so thanks for the link. I'll definitely check it out more and may test drive it. I've been using Joomla for so long I forgot what it's like to use anything else.
