Hi,
Don't use demo content and if you have to - please delete all items with this alias and empty trash in Menu Manager

No, just find this menu item which have "template" or "joomla" alias , check Menu Manager and search option from browser.

Done. That was the problem.
If before some item has alias "template" and I changed the menu type to External URL, its not showing the alias in the menu, but Joomla remembers it.

Thanks! This is a great lesson.
