ClickTale Joomla and GavickPRO

Hi Everyone,


I am sure many of you heard about ClickTale and i am hopping one of you were able to sucessfully install their script to a Joomla website.

I tried and failed miserably, all i was able to do was get a blank page, i ended up giving up
I would really like to see this working, i am hoping their tool will help me streamline the website. I sustect the Menus are confusing.

Anyhow, if any of you can help out, then great! i would really appreciate it.

What I would suggest is to try installing it with default Beeze template and check if it will work fine then.

I am not looking for "gavickpro support" i am looking for someone in the community that already installed this script and doesnt mind to tell me how he did it in order for me to find out what i did wrong (or didnt do).

I dont think my problem is related tio the template itsef... although now that you say that..... i might as well try it.

Please try with different (standard) template. If it will not work, then perhaps files were wrongly uploaded, or ClickTale is incompatible with your hosting settings. That might be some basic things to do.
Also - perhaps this plugin has its own support forum? Maybe they might help you faster?
