Scroll Animation problem

Hi!
I have a problem with the scroll animation when using a mobile device. More specifically, i wan't the menu list dot to automatically change position while i am scrolling down the site. I have worked a lot with the website and changed few things in the css files but not in the actual html files. I wonder how i can fix this issue?

Main task i want to achieve is that when i am scrolling down the website and going through the different subplaces in the site, i also wan't the menu list dot to change position.

As for example:
If i am in the Home position ("In my website HEM"), and scrolling down to different places such as ("Om Gino"), ("Referenser") and ("Kontakt"), then i also want the list dot to change it's position to the corresponding place in the site depending on where i am.

What do you mean by "list dot"? I don't see any dot on your page.

I mean when i use my mobile phone and looking at the menu list. There is a "dot" which tells me in which place i am on the site. In what menu list item i am located at. So for instance when i first go to the main page, I will see in the mobile that i am at the home position "Hem" on my website, and the dot tells me that i am in that position. If you test this on the computer (minimize the size of the web window), the position will instead be viewed as a blew background on the menu list item. It is the same principle though, i want to automatically change the list item position when i am scrolling down the page.

So from that, i want the dot, or blue background, to swich place to other menu list items as i am scrolling down the page because all my list menu items (Hem, Om Gino, Referenser & Kontakt) is located on the same page but in different places which are pre-defined with an id (#gkBottom1-2, #gkBottom1-3 etc. ).

I'm sorry but this change is a custom work beyond of our technical support, because it needs a dedicated custom JS script.
