Hello)

Will try to write very briefly - on the problem which is raised for me)

You as developers know - changeable fashion.
Literally the day before yesterday, nobody thought about how the website will look at the tablet, yesterday all thought that the flat design - for centuries, even in the morning blurred image on the first page was the peak of fashion.
But everything passes away.
And again, before the web master to decide if I'm not getting AWARDS - how do I make the website more understandable for his visitor? how can I relieve him navigation?
how to make so that the visitor - and this is the Lord and master of the site - find what they want and do not crazy from the abundance of flashing rotators, banners and strange menu - and not cursed me for ever?

Do you really need first a beautiful page?

( And my answer to that question is no! based on the statistics of visiting my site, I came to a full understanding of this issue are MAXIMUM 10% of visitors come to my site through the first page!!)

I have just finished writing a book.
In the future I'll sure her to finish - but it has 15 chapters and each Chapter is 10-20 sub-chapters on the page.
All - about 300 pages.

I sat down and thought - what kind of navigation for the new site would be the most appropriate is the simplest, so as not to be misleading, and at the same time - usual?
Is there such navigation, which equally successfully used by millions of people in the world?

And I found a solution (tum tum-purum!)
This is an interface of ANY modern e-mail programs!
I use Russia's Rambler, Yandex, Mail - world - Google
behance.net/gallery/Gmail-Redesign-Concept/14412073
and Yahoo!
lh4.ggpht.com/v1jEGyUURzi3rH-RAy2pmof0DhklQPIJbNrJ1JuSfO6ilO2qrvo8s6yuaujx7tw3uhgs=h900-rw
- and their interface is very similar.

The main menu is on the Left - submenu to the right - and the text to the right.
The menu is fixed and the part where the text is easy to scroll down if the text is too large.
This is currently the best, the most familiar interface for any polzovatela computer in the world)

I wanted to know - do you have a template in which would be implemented this interface - and are there any sites in the Internet, where it is implemented in one form or another?

The answer to the first question is, alas, no.

You have two similar in spirit to the template - this is a magnificent
1) demo.gavick.com/joomla25/fashion/#
but the sidebar on there and not fixed static

and this is revolutionary, best of the web
2) demo.gavick.com/joomla25/magazine/
unfortunately, the same shortcomings

The answer to the second question:
THERE are some templates sea will take only a few
this and
1) the Website from one of the largest corporations-LG
http://www.lg.com/global/products/mobile-phones/

very good menu - although its hiding in principle not necessary,

2) twixlmedia.com/en/publisher/solution
interesting concept ,though not implemented in the best way,

3)http://cargocollective.com/favorites
almost perfect - there is only a fixed menu

4) a series of United by one idea

woodwork.nl
hommard.com
exelum.com/
http://www.philiphousenyc.com/

5) almost perfect
petershamnurseries.com/

6) very interesting
nerval.ch/uchronic.php

7) more complicated - but excellent
http://www.secondstory.com/

8) and even two rival
themetrust.com/demos/ink/
demo.joomlabamboo.com/index.php?theme=jun13

Closest of all to the ideal, which I thought (that is, the interface as the mail program) approached

9) http://www.abm.at/de/kunden
That's the way it should be - not very nice but it is already clear
and
10) http://de.schweizerhof-bern.ch/hotel/
If the second column of the menu depend on the first - is and would be perfect, clean, simple, familiar polzovatela interface for the site!
and
11) https://www.behance.net/gallery/meo-mai ... i/15186003

Thank you for reading))

And now the question - please tell me whether you without resorting to the services of a programmer to make such a menu based on any of your template??

With Great respect
Alexey

Hi

I'm not a designer of our templates and as far as I know they do not visit forum often, except the part about requests, but I can asure You that solutions we use are following latest standards, so I believe one of the proposed solutions will be used soon if it will become well known.
