Support ticket rejected

Warning to all users!
As a 'LIFETIME MEMBER' I paid Euro 99 to Gavick for their templates.
Today I posted a Ticket to Technical Support #BAY-660-67849]:- plg_gk_opengraph.php is showing multiple errors on line 32 and 62 (+many others) this was serious enough for our Server Tech Support to alert me to the issue

However, I have just received the following.... so Euro 99 gets NO SUPPORT - and very little documentation!
Totally disgusted, I'll steer all my clients away from this rip-off

It seems that you currently have a non-Developer license - this area is reserved for the owners of the Developer license only; other users (owners of the Personal, Business and Life-Time licenses) may use the official support forum located at: http://www.gavick.com/forum

If you're using our free products then you may seek assistance in the issues section of their github repository, located at: https://github.com/GavickPro/

Should you require support via a ticket system, please do remember that you may upgrade your current license to a developer one at any time by paying the difference between the two subscriptions. In order to upgrade your license, please contact our Presale department either via ticket system or Live Chat and they will be happy to assist you.

Not to be rude, and I'm not a Gavick Employee, but it does say "Life-Time Forum Support" on the features of what you purchase.
