News Show Pro GK5 problem with update

I cannot update News Show Pro GK5 using the site Extension Manager: Update method. I get the following errors:

Warning
Error connecting to the server: 403

Error
Package download failed: https://www.gavick.com/download/joomla-3-extensions/newshowpro/modnewsprogk5j3-zip-1

The update otherwise works. It is just the Gavick module that is failing. What may be the problem?

I have attempted to find an answer somewhere before posting here, but I was unable to do so. Support tickets are also cryptical. There appear no to be way to contact the support unless I claim that I am a developer, or a Market Theme Customer and I have no idea what that might be, thus any help is appreciated.

What is your current News Show Pro version? All other extensions are update properly via Extension Manager?

Thank you for the quick reply.

The version is 1.3.2. Yes other extensions update properly, including Joomla itself.

The update worked now. There was no error so whatever was causing it is now seemingly gone.
