How do I solve this error: A misconfiguration on the server

I installed Shop & Buy 2.5 Joomla! template. I used the quickstart installer to install the template, while customizing, on the Virtuemart I could not edit 'Shop' menu. Whenever I click on the Shop button it will give me this error: A misconfiguration on the server caused a hiccup. Check the server logs, fix the problem, then try again.
How do I solve this error. Please your quick respond will be greatly appreciated.

Hi

I really do not know. It's the first time i heard about that. Can you please check the logs file and paste the error mentioned there ?

Surprisingly, I have been able to open the Shop menu without doing anything. But still gave me this error: vmError: vmPdf: For the pdf, you must install the tcpdf library at /home1/nnpccoop/public_html/libraries/tcpdf

That's odd. TCPDF lib is included in joomla already. I'm afraid You need to see VM forum about this problem. I think I've found something which may explain it:
