Restaurant Template

I have the Restaurant template and I am having issue finding where to change the text on the home page under the word "Welcome" as well as the what come flying in the in the animation.

Also the store hours on the mini chalkboard towards the bottom of the home page. Is that just art or is there somewhere to change that text.

Whole the text under "Welcome" is a custom HTML module published in mainbody module position, please edit it in HTML mode while editor is disabled since editor will strip the HTML5 code used there.

The chalkboard is also a custom HTML module published in mainbody module position. As before please edit it with editor disabled.
