Cannot update to joomla 3.2.1

Hi !
I have installed storebox template j3.2.0. And i'm trying to update joomla version to 3.2.1 but with no success. Any asistance will be much apreciated.

yes when i tried to upload update package from joomla it throws copy failed.
I must mention i've set the correct permissions, i've tried to update via install from url, tried with discover new extensions..... almost everything i've find on forums. .
please help me.

Our templates doesn't integrate into joomla standard solutions, so updating should work just fine. If it throwes copy failed, perhaps there is something more in site's log files?

If upgrading from 3.0 to 3.2.x it may be necessary to rename the "remembers" folder in root /plugins/system/remember. Rename folder to remember1, or remember.bak

/plugins/system/remember/remember.php > change to remember.bak if having having probs with upgrade...Works in many cases.
