CPU & Server Performance Issues

I have purchased 2 licenses (one for my own business) and one for a company I work with.

I host with Verio on various servers/platforms they have. I have several Linux VPS servers and several Unix Shared Hosting environments. Everytime I activate/install a template (both quickstart and regular), I experience immediate server performance issues. The site above is an example. When I activate that site, the MySQLD service begins to consume almost 100% of CPU. If I leave it active for too long, all other sites on the this same server experience performance issues.

I've had another server disabled by Verio due to AUP violations with runaway processes (this one using the storebox template) for a customer at coastlinepoultry.com (still disabled). Support at Verio provided a summary stating: "Summary: Bad Scripting - processing/performance "

I love the design and features of the templates.

Can someone tell me what is happening? I want to use these templates for a lot of my projects and customers, but everytime I do, the site performs poorly or the site gets shut down for AUP violations.

I test all the templates on my local machine and haven't got any of that issues.
It looks like server specific problem. Could you specific if MySQL keeps on 100% or perhaps hits it only once per request?
If you have shell account you could run top or any another ux console monitor service to test what is happening exactly. With that testing environment you could try switching back to default Beeze and compare CPU usage. Also disabling modules on some page might help finding what is causing the problem.
