HI,
It means that you "drank all milk from fridge". :D
Resource Limit Is Reached

This means that your website is hitting one or more of the hosting account's resource limits. You can check on this via the 'Resource Usage' icon on your hosting control panel or you have to contact with your hosting support.

Thanks for the reply Pawel
I contacted my hosting support yesterday as at first the site was just extremly slow to load and this is their reply.
"Your site is very slow to respond, with very long queries showing up on mysql process listing for the site. Did you recently install any new modules or extensions or have any one working on the site for you?

Shortly afterwards the Resource Limit message appeared and I contacted Hosting support again and this was their reply
"That is a knock on of the slow mysql queries etc. Most likely you are looking at one of the modules causing this slowness. Can you try removing them one by one to see which one it may be?"

I tried this morning to go through each module to try to find the problem but after a short while the resource limit message appeared again meaning I cannot gain access to the site to check the modules etc

Any ideas Pawel
Many thanks

If it possible Turn page to Off-Line mode.
Then ask if they could activate your hosting account again.
Ask them to check also website logs - they should answer what process generates such a traffic.
Without this info it would be very hard.... I'm still not Sherlock Holmes, but I tried to be.

In meantime, do you remember what kind of modules and components or plugins do you have. Not default but installed.

It looks that someone hacked and crashed your page - when you get false e-mails from system.

Please take a clear Joomla package from Joomla.org and upload all files and folders except installation.
This should help for a while.

If not you have to hire somebody....

No, because you will only override joomla files, and all articles and etc.. are stored in database.
But sure please make a full back-up before.

Ok
Thanks for all your help pawel.
I have got the site back up and running, the hosting company restores the site to a previous back up and I have now applied any updates.

My problems may be caused by someone hacking my comments tab as you can see here
http://www.jumpingnews.com/index.php/ne ... e?start=40

Iam going to disable comments now, any ideas how to stop this happening in future

All good solutions are commercials.
But I think you should think about Joomla shopping.

1) Good antyhacker tool : RSFirewall, Akeeba Tools Pro or OSE Anti-Virus
2) You can try to use Facebook comments system - so if somebody will try - he must hack facebook first.,

Unfortunately, there aren't any extensions type of "Install and Forget"
as a webmaster you have to still remember about Joomla updates, PHP updates, components update, logs checkings etc.
