I am unable to download Joomla quickstart, rest files. Its always an incomplete download with failed or network error or 0 byte file. This is only with Gavick downloads. Not with any other downloads from any other sites. I have not got any response or help form Gavick support till now though its so called 24/7 support. How can I get help on this issue ? Any right directions please.

1. Remove cookies or
2. Use another browser (one that you haven't logged into gavick from) or
3. Use Incognito mode if your standard browser is chrome.

This should help.

Yes tried ... but its not helping out. Tried from Chrome & Firefox. Still same issue. I think there is some thing happening from Gavick's end. I am able to download any files of any size from other sites. I just completed a download of more than 100 mb size.

It happened also to me few days ago. It is definitely something related to Gavick... NOT to cookies or cache or whatever else

We have recently changed configuration of download section. If you have logged into our site from a browser, then cookies keep old information that mess up with new code. Many users have reported same problem and the only thing that helped - was either clear cookies and user data in browser, use different browser, or use incognito mode in chrome.

I have checked the download section and all packages download fine.
Please send me PM with ftp data to your server (host, login, pass) and required files and I'll upload them.
