imageshow GK4 not working

dear support team,

i have a joomla 3.2. multilingual site (it/de) with gavick music state template and i need the Gk4 image show for the frontpage for both languages.
but the image show plugin wont be displayed correctly on both sites (frontpage italian and frontpage german).

please have a look here (thats working!):

this is the german frontpage. here imageshow wont be loaded. you will see a completely blank page:

if i deactivate the imageshow plugin the site is working fine.

would be great if you could give me an advice how to solve this.

When you disable Image Show module you don't have any problems with this German version of your website?

i have two imageshow plugins. one associated with the german "home" button and language set to "german" and one associated to the italian frontpage (language set to italian).
if i deactivate the german imageshow the german frontpage is working (and also the italian with imageshow).

so the imageshow for italian frontpage is working throughout, but the german imageshow won´t work.

The module is for sure assigned only to German version? Did you try to just duplicate the working one and assign it to the German frontpage?

whatever happened before...i dont know.
i deleted the old one and copied the working version as you said and assigned it to the german frontpage - now its working correctly.

It is mystery issue Probably the old module configuration was wrong and this cause all problems. In your Joomla! error logs you probably find more details about this problem.
