Issues when trying to download templates files

Hello,

first of all I apologize for disturbing during Xmas holidays, but I'm having problems in trying to download the templates.

Every time I try to download a quickstart or rest files package, the download doesn't go through. It stops before finishing and it seems it is not due to my connection but to Gavick servers. I wasn't able to download nearly anything in the last two days!

Has anyone else noticed the same problem?

If yes, could Gavick please check and fix it?

Sorry for that.
Please clean browser cache and clean all cookies from Gavick - check browser settings
log in to gavick.com and try to download again.

I did that but I still experience the same problem. I asked a friend to check and it happens to him too and he is using another laptop and another connection.

which template did you tried to download - add name and for version of Joomla!.

Hi Pawel,

Thanks for your help.

I retried to download the templates again yesterday and I was able (after many hours) to download them between yesterday and today. I have still some rest-files and quickstart packages that are particularly big (bigger than 30mb) that I'm not able to download (e.g the cloudhost and fest ones) but I don't need them urgently so I will wait to see if I can download them in the next weeks.

Did you tried with different browser and after cleaning the cookies and browser cache?

Yes, I did that but nothing changed.

It also happens to a friend, so it is not something related to my browser/pc or connection.
