Hello.

Your GavickBot closed my ticket, saying my subscription is non-dev.

Joomla Developer Membership
Order ID: XXXXXXXX (check my account for that) Start On: 22 Jan 2013 | Finish On: 22 Jan 2014

I can't post new tickets, and this is not acceptable.
I will renew when the time come, but until then, my license is valid.
Also, I ned a urgent support on my issue.
