Any update on the December template? There hasn't been one mention of it on Facebook or Twitter or here. It's already the 5th. At least an update to tell us what is going on and when to expect a release would be appreciated.

Gavick really doesn't do a great job of keeping it's paying customers in the loop. Too busy posting blog posts about design versus actually designing. It's not ok. As a lifetime member of both the Joomla & Wordpress clubs I think I'm entitled to a simple first of the month update to let us know when to expect a new template even if it is delayed versus just silence and the censoring of posts that get deleted on the subject. And yes, I saw the Facebook post where a user asked and the comment got deleted later.

Hi.
New template demo will be available tomorrow. I saw that others Template clubs also have small delay.
Sometimes it's better to wait one or two days to get better product.

I'm sorry if you're a little disappointed. In our rules notes there is info that we have to publish 12 templates and 12 themes each year... not in which day - exactly.

In our company works few people, each of us have different skills and scope of duties. So for example I don't "touch" template code before it will be published officially. But almost nobody touch my WIKI content :)

Doesn't mean you all have to be a dick about it. Those posts on the Facebook page today were unnecessary. There is NOTHING WRONG with having a delay. But it takes two seconds to post an update on the first saying the template would probably be released around the 7th. Then people wouldn't be left wondering.

This isn't a free service. People pay for this. I think we are entitled to at the very least communication. If that's too much effort then maybe you guys should look in the mirror a bit. Delays around the holidays are expected. But a simple note saying that is too much effort?

You guys owe that Carlos guy on FB an apology. That was ridiculous. Poor customer service. And yes, that might not have been you but each of you are reflective of your overall product whether you like it or not.

As you can saw in last days we changed template for MAIN GAVICK website, and also forum theme. It took some time.
Yes, we are too small team to work like a LG/Amazon workers with microchips and headphones. But we are trying to be quick as possible...
I've sent your complaint post to our developers - to be honest with you.

Note: In most cases you pay for access to download section, new monthly template and support.

You must be confused... I'm not complaining about the delay. I'm complaining about the way you communicate with your customers, or lack thereof. And then when someone questions it, instead of accepting responsibility you lash out and change the subject.

Delays happen. That in itself is not an issue. But the way you and your team handle the interaction with your customers is. A simple sorry goes a long way. And not to me but the people you offend. Your products are top notch. Just wish your service was as well. Not everyone is as vocal as I am. I can accept that and say I'm sorry when I should. Wish everyone could...

Just my two cents... maybe next time, just a simple note saying that things are delayed or even you don't know when the release date is going to be. Sure, you could release the template any day any time, as long as 12 per year are released. But that was never the issue. Maybe you should actually read what I said.

If you didn't have top notch, high quality products then none of us would be here. Great work, even amazing. But you need to step up the communication and cut down on the sarcasm and jokes when people pay you money out of their pocket for your service. Like I said, just my advice. You can take it or leave it. But I'm not the only one that feels that way.

Oh and just a quick note on your new main website... A little testing and you would have noticed that it displays weird and messed up when someone is using an adblock plus extension in Google Chrome. Most of the menu is hidden and the page looks funky. But only when the extension is enabled.

That feedback is free of charge. Don't worry, you don't have to pay for that.

You are totally right, we should leave support, forum and the ticket system and focus on template release because there is deadline data ...oh wait no there nowhere said that the template will be released till 30.11.2013 or before 7.12.2013.In our rules you will find info that we release 12 templates per year. By the way, on facebook you will find info that this will be e commerce product.

I guess you can't read either... read everything before you comment on just the release part. Thanks. Once again, love that sarcasm.
