How can I get rid of the track "K2/Categories /"

Hi,
Joomla will add the current menu item to the breadcrumbs.
Template don't manage this information.

1) Check K2 settings
2) Check Menu items connections
3) Use getk2.org/community/ - to find answers about K2 component.
