Thanks a mill for your reply
I have followed all the steps. uploaded file, unziped file and created a database in cpanel.
Problem is I cannot seem to access the database.
I have typed in my site name www.jumpingnews.com/joomla (as joomla is the name I have given to the database but this is the message I keep getting

Not Found

The requested URL /joomla was not found on this server.

HI

Ok. Now I understand. You cannot access an installation becuase You do not know the domain this should be using. Unfortunately I cannot help You with that, this is something Your host provider may know or a person who was setting the domain (if it's linking to a subfolder, etc).
