I've followed the documentation here https://www.gavick.com/documentation/joomla-templates/joomla-templates-configuration/creativity-configuration-joomla/ and put this --> bigtitle greybg in the module class suffix and it did not change the background to grey. I'm missing something, what is it?

I am using the Creativity template.

Hmm, I dont see any information about greybg in this doc, but as far as I know this will only work, when there is onepage page suffix added to body (You can define them in tempalte settings - features section).
