Game News Joomla Quick Start Fail! Fail!

I have for the past 6 hours trying to upload the quickstart to my server. I made sure no files were corrupt thru filezilla and when I go to my domain I do not get the joomla install prompt. Any Idea why this is?

@ManfredNeustifter I got an access to Your host via PM and I can see the quickstart is installed, but You must have deleted index.php file by accident. I've uploaded it and right now under the url You've told me I can see the template working, but is offline, so I cannot see it it was installed properly. Please send me an access to this joomla panel and I'll see why modules and content is missing as you have mentioned in PM.

@ManfredNeustifter, the module You are talking about is a Custom HTML module in both cases, but since it's using a HTML5 code than editor needs to be removed because editors are set to strip the unrecognized code.

I've helped ManfredNeustifter in this case and his website is installed and running and I'm convinced He is happy from our service. Hopefully he will answer to this post and confirm my words.

OK I apologise, but you really should fix-up those instructions on Quick-Start, because.... it's far from clear. Why don't you get someone to sort out the instructions as I am feeling ripped off, especially with the ultra slow response on the forums and then your customer service cheekily asking me to pay another $99 to upgrade to Support ticket - WTF! If your instructions are clear from the outset people would not need to upgrade to Developer package. After all, how can we be developers, we only want something that looks good and easy to install...... you tell TEIBITE

You need to upgrade support if You are willing to use a ticket system, but this is mostly for users who are expecting us to make customisations of our products to better fit their needs.

Instruction of the installation process is very detailed, problems I've came across in this matter are mostly becuase of a server configuration, which cannot depend on us. In 90% of cases with unable of guickstart installation You just need to disable displaying errors or rice the script execution time. Please just try to change this values in Your php.ini and I'm almost sure and installation will pass as expected.
