Just taking a stab at getting some clues on the next template.. mainly layout and theme.. a few screenies would be nice

yes, exactly.
Our developers team accelerated this month, because tomorrow is a public holiday from work and usually everyone takes Friday free and has four days off.
Of course version for J3.x will be in next few days.
