Hey,

what's the best way for me to add custom CSS to create a overlay, with text on a image?
I have tried adding this to style1.css and template .css linking to the code but none of this seems to work!

Is there a easier way to get this result or does anyone know of a good plugin?

You should add whole your custom code to override.css file and then just enable "Use override CSS" option in template settings.
