News Pro GK5 problem

The new version of News Pro module has an issue that has yet to be resolved. It doesn't hide trashed K2 or scheduled to be future published K2 articles.

Whenever you schedule future posts it automatically displays them in the module, as well as those you've already trashed.

Previous versions like GK4 would hide them like most modules do. Can you fix that and is there a fix I can do to change that behavior?

Also if I put more than one version on the StoreBox template, for instance in the sidebar, it takes away the options of the other version on the same page.

Example: I put a npgk5 in the sidebar and it took away the pagination of the main npgk5 in the header bottom.

No answer? I'm sure it's a simple line of code that says if a post is hidden or not. I just can't find it in the different codes between gk4 and 5. Because in 4 the future and trashed K2 articles don't show up. In 5 they do then 404 when clicked on.
