I think in next few days. We're making last tests & checking's - this template uses VM - that's why.
First will be version for J2.5, then for J3.0.

If i am not mistaken there used to be a monthly new template ...where did the one for March 2013 go?

The last Joomla3 ready new template was begin Februari 2013 (simplicity). Seems the next (Storebox) will be available not somewhere mid April. Thats a long wait :(
