where's the support ??

first of all , i would like to know if i am being ignored here or what , is this a free support or what , didnt i pay to get support or what ? why all my threads always get a late reply,,,two days of waiting and i saw some threads that were posted after mine and already got a reply,,,what all this about ? did i miss something ? when will you ever show me some respect as a customer ,,,my questions are quite simple and do not need a Genie to answer them and if i asked them on a free support i could've got a reply earlier ,,,i do not understand whats going on here but i am deeply disappointed of you ,, sometimes i swear to god that i regret for buying this Membership here,,,i am getting sick ,,,i am not disrespecting anybody and i respect all your high skills,experiences,levels but at least prove me that i exist here by replying to my threads like you do with the others

Sorry You have been waiting for so long. I can see someone is taking care of that question already.

I've helped You some time ago, so You are not ignored. Last couple of days I was busy answering questions which started earlier. Some questions takes more time than other before can be closed, so I could not take any new. I believe my coleques moderators must have a similar case. I'm really sorry for that. Please next time contact me directly. We've talked already so You know I'll help as much as I'll be able to.
