plugins documentation

Hi,

I am new here and just started to build one of my companies websites with Gavick template.
I am getting confused as Iam not finding any documentation regarding the plugins included in the rest files?

for example I can not find any info on how to set up:
GK Menu Extended Parameters? or where I can learn about that?

2 different cache plugins? why to enable one or another or both?

on the other side I can not find module demos? for example slideshow or another before installing?

maybe its somewhere here but I can not manage to find any?

Here you have info what modules we used and link to demo where you can see template with modules in action.

thanks, plugins are described very short and for demos looks like error and trial to get a feel and look
