I need to recover these two menus

I deleted in a mistake. I need to recover them. I already created two more menus but they don't occupy the space for the grey one (the one above the darked one) and the dark bar dissappeared.

Did you create mod_menu module and assign it to this module position ?

How can I create that module? Can you show me? If you want, I can give you my admin user if you can help me better.

@AguilaReal please go to modules list. Extensions->Module Manager. Here you will find New button. It is located above modules list. Then please select 'Menu' as a module type you want to create. And then in module settings assing which menu you want to display using this module.
