Hello I'm searching for a joomla module for filtering products/articles.

It sould be just like de 'Car Search' module on the folowing site:
http://www.youjoomla.com/demos/?templates=youtrader

Is there an Gavick (or 3rd party) module which can do the job?

We don't have this one but please look at extensions.joomla.org surely you'll find something there.
