MY SITE SCREWED UP, I REMOVE SOME MENUS AND THE SITE LOOKS LIKE THIS:

JOOMLA DOESN'T LET ME TO REBUILD THEM.
EVERY MENU IS IN IT'S PLACE. I NEED YOUR HELP GUYS!!!

First question - why did you removed the menus instead of menu items?

You have to create some main menu and then go to the template options to the "Menu" tab and in option "Menu name" please select the new main menu name and save the settings.
