I purchase a WordPress subscription instead they give me joomla. Is there anyway to reverse it to Wordpress? I'll be glad if someone can help me. The website i have is powered by WordPress.

I am really sorry but it is impossible. If you purchase a subscription for Joomla, we cannot switch it to WordPress as you have already accessed Joomla templates. In this way you will have access to both platforms.

But i haven't access to joomla template because i have no reason too. I register and get into the membership just for WordPress membership because my site powered by WordPress. Why would i access to something i dont want, other wise i wouldn't ask for help. I created this thread as as soon as i get the membership and found out they gave me the wrong membership.

And no i havent acces to joomla template. why would i? i have no desire whatsover to access on joomla template because its not what i want. So are you telling me nothing can be done?If that so then delete my account and the membership. because it'll be pointless to have something i dont need.

Then I will leaned not to get into membership here because its not my mistake, i chose for WordPress they gave me the wrong one.Please just tell me something can be done.
