I installed a fresh copy of joomla to a newly scrubbed site. I downloaded this, unpacked it, uploaded it to my website. Went into Cpanel, created the SQL database as instructed.

When the upload was complete, I opened my site only to see a message the I needed to delete the installation folder. Normally this is the last step in configuring the site builder.

I'm running Joomla 2.5.8 Did I miss something here?

Hi,

Do you have a configuration.php file in your Joomla! directory?

ok, I removed the file, ran the installer, but it didn't seem to work properly as I had no website afterwards. Rather than wasting time on this installer, i scrubbed my site, reinstalled Joomla, uploaded and installed gk_myfolio_J!25, K2_V2.6.2, mod_image_show_gk4_J!25, and gk_myfolio_rest_files_J!17.

I went into my admin panel, set gk_myfolio as the default template, opened the template and checked everything as active, enabled various plugins and modules but still do not have a site that looks like the one advertised, nor can I locate ANY documentation that gives precise instructions on how to set up, import images, or anything else.

the site is www.johnbmedia.com and if you would please point me in the right direction on where to find some comprehensive manuals on this template? Thanks.
