I'm sorry if this is disscussed before. But I'm totally lost of the functionallity
What is GK Extended Cache really is? Why you should install it with your Joomla Sites. And if it is good, why does gavick it self don't use it for their official website?

Hi,

GK Extended cache is useful for websites which uses mobile layout, because it removes a problem with caching and displaying mobile version of the website for desktop users and desktop version for the mobile users. GK Cache creates a separated cache for each page layout (desktop / mobile) to avoid this problem. Configuration details are specified here: https://www.gavick.com/documentation/jo ... ce-plugin/

@SHoggard - if you enable the standard cache then disabling GK Extended Cache won't affect the site speed.
