Please need communication

hello guys, today I made my account as "Developer". I have a critical problem in my site and to solve it created a ticket, id: IOH-978-70802. I received email but contact to this email antispam reponder of Gavick is blocking my emails. I can not get any kind of communication. I opened two additional tickets to report the problem and someone closed them. Please I need help.
