need help

Hello guys
could anybody tell me whats wrong with my website ? why is it slow according to a lot of sites report,,i enabled Cache,,,and CSS COMPRESS ,,,i need help guys,,,i have an Image as a Logo of the site,,,and i am trying to make it as CSS ,,because i think it is causing that problem of slow loading ,,,could anybody please help me editing my Logo ,,i am trying to make it as CSS ,,how do i do it ? and please please could anybody edit my Logo ,,,i am trying to make its BACKGROUND transparent ,,please guys help ,,i did everything and i always feel like my site does need more improvement , here's the Image if anybody could help me and edit it for me and make it css and with transparent background,,,i'll be so thankful for you guys,,,thanks a lot

Well you can start by reducing the logo size

Try reducing image weight. On NSP GK4 modules use thumbnails with 75% quality.

On Template settings > Advanced Settings set CSS and Javascript compression and CSS cache.

If you want to "Use GK Cache" option, before enable it please activate Cache on plugins manager.

Decrease number of JS activities to display on frontpage.

Other important recommendation.
Try to be more selective while selecting want you really need to use on your website.
I see lot's of scripts running, some are actually repeating functions.
If i look at your frontpage i see social apps link on modules, on floating panels, plugins ...
It's confusing...

i was enabling css compression but so sad,,,it doesn't work with www.thetalentedsociety.com/music so i had to set it off << do you know what could it be the problem to make css compression mess pages and make them look like there's no template at all <<< ,,,,i am trying so hard to find a solution for the image size,,,and i had no choice putting JOMSOCIAL as the front page,,,it does look nice and i couldnt find better look than Jomsocial to be My Homepage .
