Hi,
please go to the template settings. Here you will find Features section. Int this section go to 'copyright' option and put there own info or empty white space.

Please add this to override.css

}

and remember to enable override.css option in template settings.

No problem. Just clean this file, don't delete it. It will be helpfull if you will need to add some modifications. Please send me access to your joomla backend I will remove this info.
