I cannot find where to edit my terms of service also when I try to edit it from the cart popup itself e.g

When i click the "here" link I get webpage cannot be found help I need to get this sorted out.

This is a tutorial for old VirtueMart version but the place to configure terms of service is the same, please just check this URL http://virtuemart.net/documentation/User_Manual/Store_Setup.html
